HOUSE RULES:
  1. All doors are fire doors and must not be wedged open.
  2. Do not obstruct landings and hallways (fire escapes).
  3. Do not leave personal items in the communal area.
  4. Landlord and agent are not responsible for any students personal items.
  5. Students must seek permission from the manager for any overnight guests.
  6. Non residents must vacate the premises by midnight unless prior permission has been granted.
  7. No loud music after 10pm.
  8. Kitchens and bathrooms must be kept clean & tidy at all times.
  9. The managers decision is final.
